Cross Path Forum brings together entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners committed to pursuing Christ, building with conviction, and helping one another live and lead with greater faithfulness.
This is a place to bring the real challenges of leadership. To speak honestly, receive wise counsel, confront blind spots, pray together, and turn conviction into action.

We were not designed to carry every burden alone. Scripture reminds us that companionship brings strength, that we can help one another when we fall, and that we are stronger together.
Cross Path Forum is built around this conviction: three members walking alongside one another in faith, honesty, and accountability, supported by a fourth person who facilitates the gathering and helps each member contribute and grow.

Cross Path Forum is a small, intentional, confidential peer community for entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders who want to grow in both character and effectiveness.
We gather to strengthen one another in faith, family, business, leadership, and calling. We bring meaningful challenges, ask difficult questions, offer honest counsel, pray together, and commit to practical next steps.
We are not here simply to exchange contacts, compare accomplishments, or pursue transactions. We are here to become more faithful stewards and to help one another build what matters for the long term.

Cross Path Forum is a small, committed peer forum. Members participate consistently, bring meaningful challenges, give and receive direct counsel, pray for one another, and commit to practical next steps.
Each gathering is kept intentionally small and facilitated to ensure every member has a voice, conversations remain purposeful, and commitments are carried forward.
We expect members to arrive with humility, integrity, a teachable spirit, and a willingness to invest in the growth of others. You do not need to have everything figured out. You do need to be willing to grow.
We want everyone to receive value and to discern whether Cross Path Forum is the right fit for them in this season of life.
That is why anyone invited by a current member is welcome to attend up to three sessions at no cost before deciding whether to join.
Come experience the community. Build relationships. Participate in the conversations. Receive encouragement and counsel. Take what is helpful and prayerfully consider whether this is the right commitment for you.
And if you attend three sessions, receive value and encouragement, and decide not to join, praise be to God! We consider it a blessing to have had the opportunity to walk alongside you, even for a short season.
There is no pressure to join. We want membership to be a thoughtful, mutual decision grounded in genuine fit and commitment.

Your Membership
Cross Path Forum membership is an investment in your walk with Christ, your leadership, and your business, alongside believers who want to see you succeed.
The Heart of Cross Path
A small group of three to four members who meet monthly for 90 minutes. Each gathering opens with a focused training on a key business or leadership topic, then turns to your real challenges, with peers who come ready to pour into your business and want nothing more than to see you succeed.
Bring a one-page personal and business plan to your Cord each January. Your Cord walks with you through the year, holds you to it, and reviews your progress with you in December.
Once a quarter, every Cord comes together to hear from a Christian business leader and gather as one Cross Path community.
Members with professional expertise in areas like legal, accounting, HR, marketing, and security offer fellow members a free 30-minute consultation each quarter. Not a pitch. Simply sharing the gifts God has given, freely offered and received with respect.
Open to all members, with no attendance requirement. A short Bible passage, then prayer requests and prayer for everyone present.
A members-only space for prayer requests between gatherings, referrals, and quick questions.
When a member faces a business crisis, family hardship, or loss, the community mobilizes in prayer and, wherever possible, practical help.
A day or weekend set apart for rest, worship, and vision.
When you need a product or service another member offers, you give them the first opportunity to earn your business. Referrals happen naturally. Pitching during Cord meetings and prayer gatherings is never permitted.
Members may voluntarily offer one another a discount, listed in the member directory.
See each member's business, what they offer, and what they're looking for, so doing business with fellow believers is simple.
Members follow and engage with one another's business pages.
Members who do business with one another leave honest Google Business reviews based on their actual experience.
Your business featured on the Cross Path Forum website as a Cross Path Forum Member: vetted for Christian faith and business leadership.
Each month, one member is featured in our newsletter or on social media, sharing how their faith shapes their business.
Once a year, the Forum serves or gives together as one body, putting our call to be a blessing to others into action.
We are currently keeping membership costs as low as we reasonably can. Many of us volunteer our time because we believe in the mission and believe the Lord has called us to make this kind of encouragement, accountability, and community available to more people.
At the same time, there are real costs to operating a forum, including facilitation and the work of team members who help support their own households.
Our current pricing reflects a stewardship decision: keep the cost accessible, honor the people who serve, and build a sustainable foundation for the future.
As Cross Path Forum grows, membership rates may increase to reflect the true costs of delivering and sustaining the community. Our current rates are not a guarantee of future pricing but we will honor all those who have joined early the same pricing as long as they are an active member...until the Lord comes again!
